Art Exhibition - Student Group Performances
On Thursday 30th, November, Murrumbeena Primary School will transform into an art exhibition showcasing over 1500 artworks created by our talented and creative students. To support this wonderful night, we will have a variety of student musical performances with over 100 students performing! The Junior Performance Group, Senior Performance Group and Street Drummers will all be performing, as well as a range of solo instrumentalists.
The Art Exhibition will run from 5 pm - 7 pm in the school hall and Arts Hub.
Below, you will find information about each of the performance groups. Students have chosen to be in these lunchtime groups. If you need clarification on whether your student is in a performance group, please ask them.
Note: Solo performers will be contacted individually by email with the timetable.
All students must be supervised by a parent or guardian during the Art Exhibition.
The Junior Performance Group (Year 1 - 4) will be performing at 5pm in the school hall
Important information:
Students must arrive 10 minutes prior to the performance (4:50 pm) and check in with Ms Nugent in the Hall
Students do not need to wear school uniforms.
The Street Drummers (Year 5 - 6) will be performing at 5:30pm outside the PA room
Important information:
Students must arrive 10 minutes prior to the performance (5:20pm) and check in with Ms Nugent outside the PA room
Students do not need to wear school uniforms.
The Senior Performance Group (Year 5 - 6) will be performing at 6pm in the school hall
Important information:
Students must arrive 10 minutes prior to the performance (5:50pm) and check in with Ms Nugent in the Hall
Students do not need to wear school uniforms. The students have voted on a costume and are encouraged to wear black or dark trousers/leggings/pants and a white shirt/top.
