OHS INDUCTION

All volunteers are required to complete a school based induction.

This includes the following:

• signing the OHS Volunteers Induction Checklist after watching this Induction video
• read and sign Child Safe Code of Conduct
• read and sign Child Safety Induction and Confidentiality Agreement

WORKING WITH CHILDREN CHECK

All volunteers and helpers require an up to date Working With Children Check. Please complete the attached form and provide your check to the school office staff.
