Eden is a registered psychologist at Nepean Psychology and Counselling Centre. She has a Master’s degree in Educational and Developmental Psychology from Monash University.With experience in educational and private settings, Eden works collaboratively, using a person-centred approach with clients and their support systems to improve wellbeing.
Eden is passionate about supporting young people experiencing social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties to thrive in their environment. Incorporating evidence-based frameworks including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness, Eden supports individuals to build confidence and develop new skills to achieve their therapeutic goals.
Eden will be available at Murrumbeena Primary School on Wednesdays.
