Yr 6 Places of Worship Excursion

This excursion will immerse the students in our current unit of inquiry ‘Who We Are.” The students have developed an understanding of the term "diversity" and have identified it in different contexts. Students have also discovered that religious beliefs are a very important part of what makes us unique as individuals and they would like to learn more about the beliefs and values of different religions. In addition to this, the students wanted to inquire into the symbols and practices of religions, how different religions act as a community and how they integrate within our wider community.
