5:35 pm - Hall opens for parents to be seated
5:45 pm - Ceremony begins
7:00 pm - Ceremony ends
7:00 pm - 7:30 pm - Dinner is served to students in the SAKG
7:30 pm - 8:45 pm - Disco begins
8:45 pm - 9:00 pm - Parents pick up students from the hall for the conclusion of the night.
