2027 Foundation (Prep) enrolments

Our school uses the Department of Education’s secure digital enrolment system called Vic Students. Submit your application to enrol here. This means you can submit your Foundation (Prep) application online and receive updates through the system.

What you need to do:

1. Book a school tour via TryBooking here.
2. Download the Foundation (Prep) enrolment information pack here. This pack includes guidance on the application process.
3. Parents/carers can submit their enrolment applications from Monday 20 April 2026. This follows the release of 2027 zones on the department’s Find my School website and the publication of Foundation enrolment information packs.
4. Submit an enrolment application for Foundation (Prep) by Friday 31 July 2026
5. You will be notified of the outcome of your application by Monday 3 August - Friday 14 August 2026. If you receive an offer of placement, you must accept the offer by Friday 28 August 2026
6. Written appeals from parents/carers are to be lodged with schools by Friday 28 August 2026.
7. Schools notify parents and carers in writing of the outcome of appeals by Friday 11 September 2026.
8. Take part in enrolment information and transition sessions during Term 4, 2026
9. Enrolment applications submitted after the 25 July 2025 will be processed by our school as they are received, in accordance with the department’s placement policy
10. Contact our school if you have any further queries about the enrolment application process
11. Prepare your child to start Foundation (Prep) from Thursday 28 January 2027.

Enrolment Restriction:

Our school has an enrolment restriction under section 2.2.16 of the Education and Training Reform Act 2006 (Vic). The restriction limits enrolments for the 2026 school year.

Our school will accept enrolments from:

• students who live within the school zone
• students with a sibling attending the school at the same time
• students enrolling on compassionate grounds, in exceptional circumstances.

Depending on available places, our school may be able to accept a limited number of out-of-zone enrolments according to next closest to the school. The department will review this enrolment restriction yearly and provide updated advice as necessary for the subsequent school year.

Enrolment applications submitted after 31 July 2026 will be processed by our school as they are received, in accordance with the department’s Enrolment Policy.
